Terms of Service

1. Enterprise Access & Accounts

Access to the Soma Tech Metrics platform is granted via secure Enterprise Access Keys provided to authorized organizations. The organization's Master Admin is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and managing the access rights of subsidiary and department users. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your organization's accounts.

2. Platform Usage & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code, malware, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass or exploit our cryptographic tenant isolation or Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

3. Data Ownership

Your organization retains full ownership of all corporate data, ESG metrics, and documents uploaded to the platform. Soma Tech Metrics claims no ownership rights over your proprietary business data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. Service Availability & Support

We strive to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. However, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which will be communicated to Master Admins in advance.

5. Account Termination & Data Wiping

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for violations of these Terms or non-payment of subscription fees. Upon contract termination or explicit request, we provide a secure, permanent data wipe procedure that irreversibly destroys all organizational data from our servers.
